Refunds & Cancellation

Current status

Paid plans are not active during the current pilot. When payments go live, this page and the checkout screen will state the exact terms before you pay.

Cancellation

You will be able to cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and timelines will be stated clearly at checkout and honoured as described. We will not hide cancellation or make refunds hard to find.

Institute contracts

Institute plans are governed by the signed institute agreement.
