Scrape or bulk-download questions, share paid content without permission, attempt to break security or access other users' or institutes' data, upload malware, or upload content you do not have the rights to.
Enforcement
We may warn, limit, or suspend accounts that break these rules, and preserve records where a dispute or investigation requires it.
